KARACHI: Positive trend observed on the fourth day of trading week at Pakistan Stock Exchange.
During the trading session, the index increased by 134 points, reaching a level of 121,933 points. The previous day, the market closed at 121,798 points, reflecting an increase of 1,347 points.
Meanwhile, in the interbank market, the value of the US dollar decreased. The dollar’s price dropped by 12 paisa, bringing it down to 282.10 rupees, compared to 282.22 rupees at the close of the previous day. As a result, the value of the rupee has shown improvement.
