ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has welcomed the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
Spokesperson of the Foreign Office says, the Gaza ceasefire on January 15, 2025 is welcome, Pakistan demands immediate and full implementation of the agreement, hoping that the agreement will lead to a permanent ceasefire.
It hoped the agreement would help increase humanitarian aid. The indiscriminate use of force by Israeli forces has resulted in the loss of countless lives and property, the displacement of millions of innocent Palestinians, Israel’s expansion. Favoritism has destabilized the entire region, said Foreign Office
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office further said, Pakistan reiterates its support for a just, comprehensive and sustainable solution to the Palestinian issue.
