NEW YORK: Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry vowed to continue raising Kashmir issues at every forum and added that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif raising the issue in every meeting.
While addressing a press briefing in New York, he said that they will fight Kashmir case at every forum and said that India should focus on Kashmir issue instead of leveling allegations on Pakistan.
Aizaz termed the meeting between PM Nawaz Sharif and United States Secretary of State John Kerry as positive and said that Kerry admitted Pakistan’s efforts against terrorism. He said that Indian atrocities on Kashmiris, Afghan issue and energy crises in Pakistan came under discussion in the meeting .
While answering a question, he said that US could play role in resolving Kashmir issue . Aizaz said that war against terrorism and challenges faced by Muslim Ummah were discussed in the meeting with Saudi Arabia’s crown price.
