The Pakistani Miss Universe further apprised that after her representation in the competition with eastern clothing it also removed all the hype created after she announced to compete in the Miss World Competition from Pakistan.
She said that even people started praising her for adopting the country culture. She also informed that there is also misconception about her nationality as she is dual national.
Erika Robbin said that she applied for contest from the USA but as a Pakistani and as she lived a lot in Pakistan.
On a question how was your experience in the participating in the Miss World competition?, she said that it was an one in a life time experience.
She informed that lots of people asked her why your’s English language is very good despite that you are a Pakistani? she informed that Pakistan has a large number of quality schools, colleges and universities.
Erika Robbin further informed the people attending the miss world competition that Pakistan has lots of opportunity to offer for minorities living in the country and she is among them.
She said that she has a motto that she has to represent Pakistan in the best manner that also be continued in the future.
On a query over her costume selection in the competition, she said that she She along with her team designed all the costume while Khaadi designed all the national costume and she was completely satisfied with the brand.
She said that you can be looked gorgeous in the modest dresses like Pakistani dressings among the girls belonging to 84 countries and it was a learning experience for her.
The Pakistani miss universe said that she chose to be in top 20 models with over all competition of between 84 countries.
She has been a working model for three years while she said that she didn’t think of regarding acting as a little time have past since her arrival from the competition.
The miss universe apprised that she followed the competition with an aim of promotion of women education in Pakistan and removal of gender bias in the country when she was asked what is the criteria of selection is it beauty or an intellect.
She apprised further that when someone apply for the competition, they make a first pole comprising all the girls from the world later they shortlist and finally selected girls are sent to training in Philippines.
Erika Robbin said that your natural smile is definitely judged in the competition besides beauty and intellect.
