ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Iran have reached a consensus to strengthen collaboration across various sectors. This decision was made during a meeting between Petroleum Minister Ali Pervez Malik and Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, held in Islamabad today.
The discussions also covered topics related to bilateral relations and mutual interests. The Iranian Ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in fostering peace and stability in the region, expressing gratitude for the support and solidarity from Pakistan. He highlighted that Iran values the brotherly ties with Pakistan and recognizes their contributions towards regional peace.
