ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s merchandise exports recorded an annual increase of around 11% during the first quarter of the current fiscal year, according to data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
PBS figures showed that exports reached $8.423 billion during the July-September period, compared with $7.599 billion recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The latest figures reflect an increase of approximately $824 million in export earnings over the same period last year.
