ISLAMABAD: Pakistani high commissioner in India Sohail Mehmood on Thursday met with Foreign Minister Makhdoon Shah Mehmood Qureshi and discussed post-Pulwama situation.
As per details, Pakistan’s high commissioner for India met with the FM and discussed recent tensions between Islamabad and New Delhi.
FM during the meeting said, “Indo-Pak relations are important for regional peace.”
According to sources, both discussed the scheduled talks between Pakistan and India over the Kartarpur corridor.
On the other hand, the venue of the meeting has been shifted to Amritsar from New Delhi.
The amendment in the venue was made upon India’s request.
