ISLAMABAD: The five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali has ordered the federal government to inform the court about the formation of the commission to probe Panama leaks today.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif had asked the court two-hour time over which it has given the time till I p.m.
The court hearing the various petitions seeking disqualification of the prime minister for concealing his assets directed all the parties to submit reply by 1 p.m. today.
Commenting on prime minister’s counsel Salman Akram Butt’s failure to submit the reply a delaying tactics the court said that non-submission of the reply who mean that there is no answer.
