ISLAMABAD: Rejecting application seeking not allowing formation of a judicial commission to probe Panama leaks the three-member bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali issued notice to the prime minister.
The court made the decision after hearing the arguments put forward by both the parties on the petitions filed by Tehreek-e-Insaf, Awami Muslim League, and Jamaat-e-Islami.
Adjourning the hearing of the case for two weeks the court ordered the counsels of the accused to submit all the documents by November 8. The court also called for the progress report of the case by the same date.
