Panamagate case: Hearing resumes, Bukhari continues arguments

ISLAMABAD: The five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has resumed hearing the Panama Leaks case seeks seeking declaring Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to hold his position over the revelation of of the names of his children in the Panama Papers.

Counsel of one of the petitioners Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Naeem Bukhari continues arguing his side of the case.

The court is hearing the case on daily basis.

Imran Khan, Jehangir Tarin, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, and Shaikh Rasheed are in attendance.

Bukhari continues arguing that there are contradictions in the statements of teh prime minister and his children. Under the law information has to be provided about bearer certificates because they are bot prize bonds which whosoever has owns the offshore company.

The implementation of law record of bearer certificates all the way up to transfer of flats has to provided while Sharif family has also to prove that certificate is being held by the Qatari family, he added.
