LAHORE: Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore will hear the paragon scandal case against Khawaja brothers today.
According to details, Khawaja brothers will be presented before the court after the conclusion of their four-day judicial remand.
The court has ordered the prosecution to present a comparative review of companies act, SECP, and NAB ordinance while the court has also summoned respondents’ lawyers for further arguments.
It is pertinent to mention here that Khawaja brothers have been indicted in the reference on September 4 while the court has also declared three accused in the case, Nadeem Zia, Umar Zia and Farhan Ali as an absconder.
The director of the paragon housing society Qaiser Ameen But has become an approver in the case.
