ISLAMABAD: A meeting session of Parliamentary Committee which took place for the appointment of ECP members concluded on Tuesday without any consequence.
The meeting took place in the federal capital for finalising appointments of members from Sindh and Balochistan.
Senior politicians; Khursheed Shah, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan, Azam Swati, Shahida Ali, Fakher Imam and Ali Mohammad Khan were in attendance in the meeting.
According to Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari, the treasury and opposition benches were unable to get a consensus on the affair.
