Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has accepted Baber Azam resignation from the captaincy of white balls or other words from One Day Internationals (ODIs).
Spokesman of the PCB on his resignation said that his decision shows his wish to focus on his batting. The selection committee will start process of strategy for the future, the spokesman said.
Baber Azam had tendered his resignation from skipper of the ODIs matches.
Baber Azam said that playing for the country has always been an honour for him.
