PCB Bans South African Cricketer Corbin Bosch from PSL for One Year

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has imposed a one-year ban on South African cricketer Corbin Bosch, prohibiting him from participating in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The ban was placed after Bosch violated his contract with the PSL. Despite having a valid agreement, he withdrew from the league, choosing to participate in another tournament instead.

According to the PCB, Corbin Bosch will not be eligible to play in the next edition of the PSL. In addition to the ban, the South African all-rounder has also been handed a financial penalty.

However, due to a non-disclosure agreement, the PCB has not revealed the amount of the fine.

Corbin Bosch has accepted the punishment and the fine, expressing regret over his actions.

“I am deeply sorry for what I did and I apologize to Pakistani fans, especially the fans of Peshawar Zalmi, for letting them down,” Bosch said in a statement. “I take full responsibility for my actions and accept the consequences.”
