KHAIRPUR: The by-election in PS-30 Khairpur-V was conducted smoothly and without incident today.
The seat became vacant after the passing of PPP legislator Naeem Ahmed Kharl.
A spokesperson from the Provincial Election Commission of Sindh reported that voting began at 8 a.m. and proceeded without interruption until 5 p.m.
To maintain order and ensure a tranquil voting environment, a significant presence of police and other law enforcement agencies was stationed at and around the polling stations.
