WASHINGTON: Pakistan Ambassador to UN Azaz Ahmed Chaudhry has said that the terrorist attacks inside Pakistan are being carried out by people coming from Afghanistan.
Talking to Pakistani journalists in Washington, Chaudhry, who has been appointed as new Pakistan ambassador to US, said that he was tacked to make new friends in the US. He said that he would make all out efforts to improve Pak-US relations.
Regarding Pakistan relations with Afghanistan, Chaurdhy said that Pakistan wanted peace in Afghanistan and for that Pakistan and Afghanistan need to work together.
To a question about strained Pak-US relations, he said that there was no tension between Pakistan and US, adding that he was in constant contacts with Trump administration.
Regarding possible cut on aid to Pakistan, he said that there was no possibility of that.
