People facing immense difficulty owing to sit-ins, to end protest with, negotiations: Murad

Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that people were disturbed owing to sit-ins in Karachi adding if people were facing immense difficulty it is our duty to end the problem.

Talking to media the CM said that we will end sit-ins through administrative measures and negotiations.

The CM conducted aerial inspection of Malir Expressway and also visited Hub canal while he also received briefing on KB feeder lining after reviewing it.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that speedy work is on progress Kalri Baghar Feeder lining project jointly by the federal and Sindh government.

He expressed hope till end of the year 40 percent work will be completed.

He said that Malir Expressway completion at M-9, the passengers going to interior Sindh from Karachi will save one hour time.

He said that the Malir Expressway project will improve traffic flow on the important roads except Shahra-e-Faisal.

He said that we were equally shared sorrows of the protesting people while he said that the protesters have been given a suggestion to hold their sit-ins at one place.

He said that we will end sit-ins with administrative measures and negotiations.

He apprised the World Bank is coperating with the Sindh governmnet in augmentation while they have condition that no one’s water share decrease.

We are going to double water provision to Karachi while he expressed hope that Hub dam project to be completed on time and people could get relief.
