London: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) life time supremo Nawaz Sharif has said the if the country has to progress then people should made answerable.
The PML-N supremo was addressing a “heart-to-heart” press conference from United Kingdom’s capital, London. flanked by his daughter Maryam Nawaz, who has travelled to London after a three-year hiatus as she finally got her passport earlier this week on a court order.
Former premier said that the judges who did injustices should be held accountable.
Nawaz Sharif claimed that the country has ruined for his revenge while he asked that who asked you to take revenge from Pakistan? while he said that we were also offered five billion dollar and we had said absolutely not.
The three time premier said that we had categorically said that no compromise will be made with the country’s respect.
He asked with out naming Imran Khan “what he (Imran Khan) had done to say absolutely not.”
The PML-N supremo said that every thing got expensive in Imran Khan era while he claimed that in his government the country was progressing.
He said that we ended the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and things were cheap and the people were getting employment.
Nawaz Sharif has asked those people to respond who had declared his wife illness as drama while the former premier also asked people responsible for his sentence what he said to be false, answer why you people wasted his five years of his life.
“After her arrival, I am recalling all the undue criticism we faced when Kulsoom was in the hospital. People were trivialising the situation and claiming that maybe [Kulsoom’s sickness] was all a drama,” he said.
The PML-N supremo said that despite his wife’s deteriorating health, the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) judge announced his verdict — sentencing him to 10 years in jail and Maryam seven.
“Following the verdict, I urged Maryam that we should now go to Pakistan. Maryam told me that her mother’s condition is deteriorating. But in response, I told her that there are some national responsibilities that we have to attend to,” he said.
Nawaz said that he was convicted in a case in 2018 and the motive behind it was to foil PML-N’s bid to come into power once again as the verdict came right when general elections were around the corner.
The PM was ousted on the fake cases, life time disqualification and removing from party head is not a verdict but a revenge.
Nawaz said that those who ruined the country through injustices should be held accountable. He said that his disqualification was done on the orders of the SC, now the same court says that life time disqualification is a cruel law.
The PML-N life-time Supremo said that it has been proved through former chief justice alleged leak audio that these people were wanted to sentence us at all cost.
He said that on the talk of late judge Arshad Malik all the faces should bow with shame while he added so much suo motto notices were taken and one suo motto notice should also be taken on this matter.
He said that his life five years were wasted who will be responsible for this.
