Peshawar: A larger bench of the Peshawar High Court (PSH) on Thursday rejected all the petitions of the Sunni Ittehad Council against distribution of special seats in a reserved verdict .
The five-member larger bench headed by Justice Irshad Ibrahim, Justice Aijaz Anwar, Justice S M Atiq Shah, Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Syed Irshad Ali were part of the bench.
The Chief of the bench Justice Irshad Ibrahim read the verdict to the attendees in the court.
The Judge said that with a unified decision all the petitions have been rejected.
Similarly, all the petitions of the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) were disposed of.
