Karachi: Hailing from Peshawar Israr Khattak has won one of the biggest marathon of Pakistan Karachi marathon on Sunday which was held at Sea View.
Israr Khattak traveled the distance of 42. 195 Km in 2 hrs, 30 mins and 13 second.
On winning the Karachi marathon, Israr Khattak, he won a price money of half million rupees.
On the other hand Muhammad Riyaz of Bahawlpur got second position in the marathon as he covered the distance in 2 hrs, 32 mins and 13 seconds.
Besides that the passionate marathon, complete marathon, half marathon and 10 Km rally, and 5 Km rally were also held.
World athletics have approved the Karachi marathon 2025.
