ISLAMABAD: A petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court to register cases against the JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and PML-N chief Shahbaz Sharif over the killing of a youth hit by the container used during the Azadi March in Islamabad.
The petitioner, the father of the youth Usman, said in his plea that his son hit and died by Azadi March container due to malfunction of street lights.
Usman father told the court in his petition that Azadi March administration and Islamabad administration are the responsibility of the death of his son there, the court should order the SHO police station Karachi Company to register a case against them.
It is pertinent to mention that petitioner has made the Akram Duraani, Mir Hasil Bezinjo, Usman Kakar and DC Hamza Shafqat as parties.
