Islamabad: A filed petition seeking disqualification of President Dr Arif Alvi has been fixed for hearing on March 15.
A two-member divisional bench headed by Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan will hear the case on March 15.
The petition prayed the court to disqualify the President under ariticle 62-1F.
Another petition seeking approval of resignations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members of Natioanal Assembly (NA) has also been fixed for hearing on March 15.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Supreme Court (SC) Umar Atta Bandiyal will hold the hearing.
