Petition to take suo motu notice of deaths during PTI protest rejected,Supreme Court

Islamabad: Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court rejected the plea to take suo motu notice on the issue of killings during the PTI protest. 

During the hearing of climate change authority case, lawyer from KPK government has verbally plead on which they said yesterday killings were held on both side. Constitutional Bench can take suo motu notice.

On which Justice Musarrat Hilali has said, appeared in the Supreme Court don’t talk about politics. Mean while Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel said that this matter is not before us, we do not want to discuss it. 

The head of the Constitution Bench, Justice Amin Uddin Khan, remarked that the matter before us cannot be seen.

After that Constitutional Bench of SC has rejected the suo motu plea of Additional Advocate KPK.
