ISLAMABAD: A decline in international oil prices may lead to a decrease in petrol and diesel prices within the country.
Sources from the industry reveal that crude oil prices have fallen by as much as 15%. It is expected that petrol prices could drop by approximately 55 rupees per liter, while diesel prices might decrease by 95 to 100 rupees.
Officials have emphasized that the ultimate decision on reducing petroleum prices will be taken by the Prime Minister, based on the prevailing market conditions.
