Islamabad: It is likely that petrol prices decrease by Rs 5 per litre for next fortnightly from Jan 16.
In the same way, reduction of Rs 3 expected in kerosine oil and Rs 2 can be decrease on light diesel per litre.
It is also likely that the petroleum price can be retained on earlier fortnight rates.
The finance ministry will take decision after consultation with caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Ul Haque Kakar.
