Islamabad: It is likely that petroleum products will increase for next fortnightly starting from January 16.
It is expected that petrol price will see rise of Rs 3.5 while diesel price will uptick of Rs 3.70.
Owing to rise in petroleum products, price of light diesel oil will increase by Rs 5, kerosene oil will be expensive to more than Rs 6.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) will determine the prices of the petroleum products till January 15.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will give final approval.
