Phalia (November 10, 2017): Unknown persons doused a girl with petroleum and torched her after tying her hand and legs with ropes and wrapping her face with a cloth in Pindi Kalu section of Thana Bhaghat area here.
The residents of the area trying to save the girl extinguished the fire and the girl, which still remains to be identified, was rushed to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed hospital in Gujrat in serious condition.

Police has been unable to record the statement of the barbarically tortured and burnt girl because she could not not speak.
Meanwhile, police has claimed to arrest the man who committed the gruesome crime.
