Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday fixed a hearing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra party election case.
One member bench of the PHC will hear Justice Kamran Hayat Mian Khel will hear the case.
In the PTI petiton, it is insisted to suspend the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding the PTI intra party elections.
