Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court has ordered to Election Commission of Pakistan to issue decision about PTI Intra-Party election case by tomorrow
The Peshawar High Court has ordered the Election Commission to issue its decision by tomorrow while giving a reserved verdict on the PTI intra-party election and election symbol case.
The two-member bench of Peshawar High Court has said in its brief decision that the Election Commission of Pakistan should give a decision on the intra-party election and election symbol case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf in accordance with the law and issue the decision by tomorrow.
Earlier, a two-member bench comprising Justice SM Atiq Shah and Justice Shakeel Ahmed of Peshawar High Court heard the case and Justice SM Atiq Shah while giving the ruling said that we know the sensitivity of time and will provide equal chance to election campaign and transparent elections
