PHC publishes updated Judges’ seniority list

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court has released a new seniority ranking of its judges, officially reflecting their positions within the court’s hierarchy.

According to the official notice, Chief Justice Syed Muhammad Atiq Shah continues to hold the top position as the most senior judge. Justice Ijaz Anwar remains in his previous place, while Justice Syed Arshad Ali is listed third, followed by Justice Sahibzada Asadullah in fourth.

Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar is ranked fifth, with Justice Waqar Ahmed in sixth. Justice Babar Sattar, who was transferred from Islamabad High Court, is placed seventh, and Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel is eighth.

Justice Muhammad Ijaz Khan holds the ninth spot, and Justice Muhammad Fahim Wali is tenth. Justice Khursheed Iqbal is eleventh, with Justice Tariq Afridi in twelfth position.

Justice Abdul Fayaz is ranked thirteenth, Justice Farah Jamshed fourteenth, and Justice Inamullah Khan is fifteenth on the list.

The revised seniority list has been formally issued by the court’s administration to reflect the current judicial hierarchy.
