Islamabad: The National Carrier Pakistan International Airline has announced to operate special flights on occasion of Arba’in 2025 for pilgrims.
According to the PIA, these special flights will be flown to Najaf from August 8 to August 11.On the other hand the return flights will be operated from August 18 to August 23.
Sources said that the PIA has fixed per passenger fare of 675 dollar for these flights.
Whereas pilgrims going to Iraq have requested the PIA to decrease fares and operate more flights on the route, sources added.
Hundreds of thousands pilgrims go to Najaf,Iraq via Iran by roads.
After ban on by-road travelling to Iraq and Iran, the government has directed the PIA to run more flights for the pilgrims.
