ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday accepted petition for hearing against the appointment of the opposition leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif as chairman Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
The divisional bench of IHC comprises of chief justice IHC Athar Minallah and justice Mohsin Kiyani will hear the case tomorrow, Thursday.
Court has been reserved the verdict of maintainability of the petition against the appointment of Shehbaz Sharif as PAC chairman while petitioner had filed a plea for further arguments.
