Lahore (August 22, 2017): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi reached Lahore on Tuesday to meet former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif received the Prime Minister at Lahore airport.

After reaching Lahore, the Prime Minister went straight to Jati Umra to meet the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Sources said that during the meeting between the two, NAB references against Sharif family and prevailing political situation of the country would be discussed.
They said that during the meeting PML-N strategy for Lahore by-elections and other matters would also be discussed.
It is to be mentioned here that yesterday the former Prime Minister had chaired an important meeting of party leaders at Jati Umra to discuss NAB references and NA-120 by-election.
The meeting was attended among others by Shahbaz Sharif, Khwaja Asif, Ahsan Iqbal, Zahid Hamid, Hamza Shahbaz, Rana Sanaullah, Tariq Fatemi, Danyal Aziz and others.
