Islamabad(May 14, 2018): Meeting of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and former PM and PML-N Supremo, Nawaz Sharif is underway at Munir House.
According to the details, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi reached Munir House to meet party Supremo after heading meeting of National Security Committee regarding the misleading statement in the media about Mumbai Attacks.

Earlier today, meeting of the National Security Committee(NSC), which was called to discuss the misleading media statement on the Mumbai incident concluded.
Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee, Services Chiefs, DG ISI, National Security Adviser, Federal Ministers and others attended the meeting.

Statement of Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was discussed in detail in the meeting.
Meanwhile, Opposition leader in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah had said Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi should take house into confidence over the NSC meeting.
Khursheed Shah said that he decided not to attend National Security Committee(NSC) meeting, as he received the invitation “late”.
Syed Khursheed Shah said that Nawaz Sharif belongs to the present government of PML-N, which has to decide “What to Do”.
The opposition leader said that he will wait for the Prime Minister’s clarification on the statement of Nawaz Sharif in the house.
We all are responsible for national security issues, no matter we are in government or not, said Khursheed Shah.
Earlier Today, Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that those who served country are being termed, traitors. “He who conducted atomic tests is being called a traitor,” added the former premier.
While talking to the newsmen outside accountability court, Nawaz Sharif said Pervez Musharraf, Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Rehman Malik also said the same before, what he has just said.

On the occasion, Nawaz Sharif while reading his interview said what wrong has he asked? The nation and Pakistan Army sacrificed in the war against terror, despite that Pakistan is not being heard, Sharif said.

Yesterday, PML N spokesman issued a clarification over Nawaz Sharif’s Statement and stated that Indian media misinterpreted Former Prime Minister’s statement.
Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Spokesman claimed, unfortunately, some quarters of Pakistani media did not go into details of the interview and encouraged Indian media’s malicious propaganda.
Muslim League is largest and popular party of Pakistan, PML N leader Nawaz Sharif does not need a certificate from anyone over national security matters, the spokesman added.
Nawaz, in a recent interview to a newspaper, had said, “Militant organisations are active. Call them non-state actors, should we allow them to cross the border and kill 150 people in Mumbai? Explain it to me. Why can’t we complete the trial?, the statement of the former PM was declared against the national security by Pakistan Army.
