ISLAMABAD: The government announced major reduction in the prices of Petrol and diesel, new petroleum prices will be applicable from Sept 16

A sigh of relief for inflation-stricken masses as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif-led government on Sunday announced a massive reduction in petrol and diesel prices from September 16 for the next fortnight.

The finance ministry in a notification stated that petrol price has reduced by Rs10 per litre while diesel price has slashed by Rs13 per litre.
