Islamabad (June 30, 2017): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired an important meeting at Foreign Office over country’s foreign policy and regional security situation.
As per details, Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz gave a detailed briefing on different aspects of the country’s foreign policy and the challenges the country is facing at international level.

Sources said that Nawaz Sharif gave important guidelines regarding country’s foreign policy.
They added that the Prime Minister was briefed about Gulf situation and other important events that may impact Pakistan foreign policy.
The PM was also briefed on Pak-US relations and the recent Trump-Modi meeting and some key decisions taken by US administration after the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the situation on the line of control and the ongoing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
The adviser briefed the meeting about Pakistan’s relations with Afghanistan and Iran.
