Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has convened a meeting of the National Security Committee today (Wednesday).
Information Minister Attaullah Tarar made the announcement on his social media account X.
The meeting will discuss the situation in the wake of Indian strikes in Pakistan.
As per the latest figures as many as 26 civilians were martyred and 46 others were injured.
On the other hand in Pakistan befitting response to Indian unprovoked aggression five Indians jets were shot down including three Rafale as well as a combat drone.
While the jets were downed in Bhatinda, Jammu, Awantipur, Akhnoor and Sri Nagar.
