ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed on a two-day official visit to Turkmenistan, heading to Ashgabat at the invitation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedow.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will attend a forum in Ashgabat commemorating the International Year of Peace and Trust 2025, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
While at the forum, he is scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedow and other world leaders participating in the event.
Accompanying the Prime Minister on this trip are Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Power Sardar Awais Khan Leghari, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, along with Special Assistants Tariq Fatemi and Talha Barki.
