NEW YORK: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif called on Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and discussed bilateral issues of mutual interest.

Hassan Rouhani invited Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to visit Iran and said that Gwadar and Chahbahar ports will play vital role to boost trade in the region. While Nawaz Sharif said that two focal persons will be appointed for gas pipeline and energy projects.
