Quetta: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday, today, arrived Quetta on an emergency visit after a terrorirst attack in Khuzdar killing six people including four children and injuring 38 others.
Federal Ministers, Khawaja Asif, Atta Tarar and Mohsin Naqvi are accompained with the premier.
Feild Marshal Syed Asim Munir will also visit Quetta today.
The PM and the Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir will receive a briefing on Indian backed terrrorists attack on school children and teachers.
Sources said that the PM will chair a meeting on the law order situation as well.
Later, the premier and the Field Marshal will visit hospitals to inquire after health of injured of the bus attack.
The suicide attack on a school bus carrying children in Khuzdar district of Balochistan has resulted in the deaths of six including children and injuries to 38 others.
The incident occurred earlier today, prompting immediate response from local authorities.
Deputy Commissioner of Khuzdar confirmed the fatalities and reported that, initial investigations suggest the explosion in the school bus was caused by a suicide bomber detonating himself.
Six including four children aboard the bus were killed in the incident.
Injured children have been transferred to the hospital for treatment; according to sources, the condition of some of the injured children are critical.
In response to the incident, emergency services have declared a state of alert, and all hospitals across the city have been put on high alert to handle the influx of casualties.
