ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Manama for a two-day official visit to Bahrain, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
At the airport, he received a warm welcome from Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, and other senior Bahraini officials.
During his stay, the Prime Minister is set to engage in high-level discussions with Bahrain’s leadership, including meetings with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Deputy Prime Minister Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
The visit underscores the strong, friendly ties between Pakistan and Bahrain and seeks to enhance a strategic and results-driven partnership between the two nations. It also aims to deepen bilateral relations, foster mutual cooperation in various sectors, and promote closer connections between their people.
The Pakistani delegation accompanying the Prime Minister features Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Minister of State Bilal Azhar Kayani, along with other senior officials.
