Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif taking stern action on a scandal of purchase of additional wheat has sacked Federal Secretary National Food Security Muhammad Asif from his post.
The Prime Minister taking serious notice of the additional purchase of wheat has expressed anger on the Ministry of National Food and Security officials.
Muhammad Asif has been posted on federal secretary of national food protection on the consultation with caretaker premier.
The PM has appointed grade 22 officer Fakhar Alam as a new federal secretary national food security.
