QUETTA: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday visited Civil Hospital Quetta to inquire after the health of those security personnel and police cadets who injured in terrorist attack on Police Training School in Quetta. The Prime Minister directed the authorities to provide all possible medical assistance to personnel who were injured in the terrorist attack. During the visit, the Prime Minister was accompanied by Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif, Commander Southern Command, Lt. General Aamir Riaz and Advisor on National Security, Lt. General (Retd) Nasir Khan Janjua Interior Minister, Choudary Nisar Ali Khan.
Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri and other senior high ranking civil and military officials were also present on the occasion.
Later, the Prime Minister attended the funeral prayer of the Quetta attack martyrs, which was offered at Musa Stadium Quetta. The funeral of some 50 martyrs was offered there which was also attended by Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, DG ISI, DG MI, DG Military Operations, Chief Minister Balochistan Nawaz Sanaullah Zehri, Governor Balochistan and other civil and military officials.
