KAKUL: Grand passing-out parade ceremony for cadets took place at the Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, attended by political and military leadership.
Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, was the chief guest at the event, while Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, who holds the military distinction of Nishan-e-Imtiaz, was the guest of honor.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, foreign diplomats, and senior civil and military officials also participated in the passing-out ceremony.
The Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir was presented salute upon his arrival at the event, and a bugle was sounded to announce the arrival of the Prime Minister, who was then saluted.
