Jaranwala (January 27, 2018): Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry and former federal minister Senator Pervaiz Rasheed on Friday said that the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) public meeting in Jaranwala will beat all past records of public participation in any city.
Addressing a press conference after reviewing the arrangements for the public meeting at the Jinnah Stadium Jaranwala, they said that three major political parties could not gather as many people at the Mall Road in Lahore as PML-N alone would gather at the Jinnah Stadium.
Talal said that the PML-N would win the upcoming general elections with a majority and the next prime minister would be Muhammad Nawaz Sharif himself or his nominee. He said that Nawaz had stood up against injustice with the people of Pakistan and not for himself.
He said Nawaz gave people projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Senator Pervaiz Rasheed said that the PML-N public meeting would prove that people of the Faisalabad district really love Nawaz Sharif who is the most popular leader.
Rasheed also said that people have to come out of their homes with a new passion to defeat the forces working against the democratic setup in the country.
