LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has rejected the results of the July 25 elections in Azad Kashmir, announcing a full-scale protest movement across Pakistan and abroad, declaring that Imran Khan personally interfered in the Azad Kashmir elections.

PML-N's high-level meeting on Azad Kashmir election results rejected the July 25, 2021 election results due to open interference by the federal government and other institutions.

The meeting passed a unanimous resolution stating that the party which won only 6 seats despite getting more than 500,000 votes, most of its officials were defeated through electoral engineering.

Addressing the gathering, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that he paid tribute to the people of Azad Kashmir who fought the worst rigging.
