Lahore: The Central Special Court of Lahore ( LCSC) on Friday declared Salman Shahbaz and Tahir Naqvi as absconder in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) case of money laundering.
The LCSC heard the money laundering case mady by the FIA against Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz while later attended the hearing while other’s application of exemption for attendance was filed in the cout.
The court during course of the hearing, declaring Salman Shahbaz and co-accused Tahir Naqvi as absconder and called their details of their properties.
The both the accused were not appearing before the court despite the court’s calling.
The court also summoned the details of the death certificate of co-accused Maqsood while the court also approved PM Shahbaz pardon for one day from appearance before the court.
Moreover, the court directed him to appear before the court on the next hearing.
The LCSC adjourned the hearing against PM Shahbaz and others accused till July 30
