LAHORE: Due to the cold and dry weather, the case of pneumonia gradually increasing across the Punjab, seven more death due to pneumonia in the province
According to the current data of the Punjab Health Department, one hundred and eighty more children fell victim to pneumonia in Punjab within twenty-four hours. From Lahore, One hundred and eighty children are included. After that, the number of cases in January has reached eleven thousand six hundred and seventy. According to the spokesman of the health department, seven deaths of children were reported in twenty-four hours. The total number has reached two hundred and sixty two. The relatives of the patients who came to the hospitals said that the government should take immediate action to deal with the increasing cases of pneumonia.
Hundreds of children are also under treatment in Jinnah Hospital, Services, General and Ganga Ram Hospital. Due to non-availability of medicines, patients are facing serious problems.
