Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday summoned secretary interior and defence in the missing case of poet Farhad Ahmed.
Hearing the case, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked that both the secretaries will appear before the court.
The Judge said that later he will call Prime Minister and then the members of the cabinet will be called in the court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani said that fear that a time when we all be abducted.
He said that when he will pass the judgement the matter will go beyond the abduction.
When the court was informed that the Inter-Service Intelligence Agency (ISI) has denied custody of the poet to which the judge expressed his anger.
The Judge said that on one side they were sending messages on the other hand they were saying the person was not in our custody.
The Judge questioned that will agencies run the country or the law? keep the ISI sector commander in his limits as he doesn’t lives on the moon.
