Karachi: In a different actions of police and ranger s in Karachi as many as three criminals were arrested while one was killed in an alleged encounter whereas a dead body was also found from M.A Jinnah road Karachi near seabreeze plaza.
According to details, in an alleged encounter at Jamali bridge on Super Highway a robber was killed while an accomplice of him fled from the scene.
The police apprised that it recovered arms and looted motorcycle .
In an other incident a dead body of person recovered from a car near sea breeze plaza at M.A Jinnah road.
Rescue and the law enforcement personnel arrived the spot after receiving the information of the body.
The body was identified as Abdul Khaliq Abro while a bullet penetrated in the heart of the deceased which proved to be murderous, the police said.
A purse and different documents were also recovered from the deceased, the police apprised.
The Sindh rangers and police joint raid continued in the city during a one such action two criminals involved in robberies and street crimes were arrested from Lyari
The joint action have been conducted on intelligence based information in which two persons were arrested namely Jawad Shah and Sardar Muhammad alias Kania.
While during the investigation Jawad Shah has confessed involvement in conducting a dozen of robberies along with other accomplices.
The arms and ammunition also recovered from the possession of the criminals.
The accused Jawad Shah had conducted a robbery in January 2002 in a petrol pump along with his accomplices Waheed and Waqas in Nazimabad number 2 and its video was also got viral on social media.
Another accused Sardar Muhammad Alias Kania Afghani along with other accomplices Ameer, Sakhi and Jabir Afghani used to of looting people on gun point and subjected to tortured them.
Few months ago Rangers and police conducted joint actions and arrest against a gang run by Afghan dacoit Hakeem alias Checho , since than the accused had fled to Iran and recently returned to the country and involved in many incidences of looting people along with his accomplices in limits of Sohrab Goth.
The accused is a habitual criminal and sent to jail many times after his arrest.
The duo have been handed over to the city district police along with arms and ammunition for more legal action.
On the other hand, the investigation police east has taken a major action and arrested an accused involved in a murder of young rider last month near Ghazi Goth.
